Vision:
The ABA aims to play a key role in creating and sustaining enabling environment for the Banks/Financial Institutions operating in Afghanistan thus allowing each institution to function and progress without difficulty and discrimination
Mission:
The ABA shall represent its members in the most befitting manner to protect their legitimate rights; and promote equality, justice and transparency in the Afghan legal and regulatory system; work closely with its members for a sustained development of banking in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan; provide common platform to its members for mutually beneficial interaction and information sharing; and liaise between members and outside organization for the capacity building of the employees.
