ABA Conducts Banks HR Working Group with Collaboration of AIBF

Human capital of organizations are the key resources if leaded better, could push organization towards success and business growth. In order to build capacity of member banks staff to meet changing market demands, ABA with collaboration of AIBF formed permanent HR Working group. The working group bring together HR delegation of banking sector under one platform to improve current capacity of banks employees and tackle capacity building challenges specifically in AIBF training-program field. Hence, Afghanistan Banks Association (ABA) with coordination of AIBF conducted Banks HR Working Group at ABA today June 22, 2019. The meeting was attended by Banks HR Chiefs, AIBF representative and ABA.

4. Nominations
5. Quality Review
6. Suggestions and Recommendations

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Edrees Alimy Senior Research and Communication Officer? ABA. He added that, the working group is a platform to discuss the problems and get updated on recent trainings - capacity building programs offered by AIBF. Subsequently, a presentation was delivered by Mr. Zia Ul Haq Waziri AIBF Academic Head, on AIBF current programs trainings- international collaborations and future initiatives. Mr. Sailab Sahak Marketing and Public Relation Manager AIBF continued with the agenda point and answered to banks questions on training administrative issues and nomination of banks.
The banks had positive comments on AIBF training deliverables withe some instrumental suggestions for further improvement, where it was noted by ABA as well as AIBF to be considered in future.
Mr. Alimy concluded the meeting by urging AIBF to take into consideration banks comments and encouraged banks to expand their nomination and support AIBF as National institute.
